Q: | How do I pay and how are digital subscriptions billed? | |
A: | We accept major credit cards. Monthly subscriptions are billed every month. Annual subscriptions are billed at the beginning of the annual period. Your subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will be charged in advance of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time. | |

A: | Haaretz will process your digital subscription purchase as promptly as possible. Your payment details must be verified before your subscription or product can be activated. As soon as your payment is complete, your subscription period will begin. If you already subscribed but you don't see the full article, please try to refresh the page (press the F5 key on your keyboard). | |
Q: | How do I renew my subscription? | |
A: | All Haaretz digital subscriptions are renewed automatically. If you subscribe on the Haaretz website, you will get an email notifying you of impending renewals. We will also send you an invoice after each payment. Please see our Cancellation and Refund policy below for information about canceling. When we renew your subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. You can view and update your payment method at any time in the My Account area of Haaretz.com. | |
Q: | I am already a print-edition subscriber. Do I need to purchase a digital subscription for online access? | |
A: | No. If you subscribe to the daily English print edition of Haaretz, you may simply link your home subscription and digital account for free. This will enable you unlimited access to all of Haaretz’s English digital content. Once logged in please go to http://www.haaretz.com/misc/mypage and link your print and digital accounts by filling your name and your IHT code inside the little square. You can watch the next demonstration video (How To Link the Print Subscription With The Digital subscription): Please note that free access is for home delivery customers only, and does not apply to those with weekend print subscriptions alone. If you purchase single copies of the newspaper at a newsstand, you will need to purchase a digital subscription separately. | |
Q: | How do I cancel my subscription? | |
A: | You can cancel your digital subscription by accessing your personal 'Profile' page on the Haaretz website. Once you are on the 'Profile page, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the 'Unsubscribe' button. Your subscription will be automatically stopped at the end of the period. If your subscription was not made directly with Haaretz, you should access the Apple App Store, Amazon Kindle subscriptions center or whichever partner payment system you used. Please see terms and conditions of our partners for their cancelation policies. | |
Q: | I want to cancel my subscription. Do I get a refund? | |
A: | While you may cancel your subscription any time, there isn't a refund for retroactive subscription periods. The cancellation will go into effect in 72 hours and you would be refunded for the rest of the billing cycle. | |
Q: | I haven’t used any of the mobile apps or website for two weeks. Can I get a refund? | |
A: | While there isn’t a refund available for non-use, you may cancel your subscription at any time. | |

A: | Our digital subscriptions enable us to provide Haaretz’s brand of high-quality journalism and enhanced digital content on an array of platforms. Users may register with Haaretz, for free, for access to six stories each month on Haaretz.com as well as some breaking news stories and limited access to other digital features. Unregistered users have limited access to some breaking news stories, and may browse the home page at Haaretz.com. However, non-subscribed and unregistered users are not able to enjoy most features Haaretz has to offer. | |

Q: | What are the terms and conditions of my subscription? | |
A: | Only one person may use each account or
accounts (user name and password) associated with a purchased digital
subscription, unless we agree otherwise. Each registration is for a single
user only, and you are not allowed to share your registration login
credentials or give your login credentials to anyone else. We may cancel
or suspend your access if you share your login credentials. You may not
(a) use the login credentials of another person with the intent to
impersonate that person; (b) use login credentials in which another person
has rights without such person's authorization; or (c) use login
credentials that we deem offensive. Failure to comply with the any of the
above conditions may result in immediate suspense or termination of your
account. All Haaretz content is intended for your personal, noncommercial use. All materials published on the website or other platforms are protected by copyright. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any content accessed through Haaretz. You shall not upload, distribute or otherwise publish any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal or offensive material. Please be courteous. A: | Haaretz’s digital archives include news, features and opinion articles, from 2001-present. It also includes some extra content such as audio, video, slide shows, and other multimedia. Subscribers have free access to the digital archives. | |

A: | We offer print subscriptions to our readers in Israel. Access to Haaretz digital content is also included when you subscribe to the print edition. To subscribe to the print edition, please contact us. | |
Q: | Why am I receiving an error message that says “this e-mail address is already registered” or “this login is already registered”? | |
A: | This error occurs if you have already registered with Haaretz under the same email address, so please log in with your email and password. If you don't remember your password, you have the option to reset your password by clicking the "Forgot password" button. | |
Q: | Why doesn’t the system recognize my existing Haaretz.com login information? | |

A: | In order to enjoy your digital subscription, you need to log in with your email and password from any device you are using. Once logged in, you will see a message "Hello (subscriber name)" at the right side of the page. If you are already logged in, please try to log out and then log in again to Haaretz website. If you don't see the full article, you can also try to refresh the page (press the F5 key on your keyboard). | |

A: | Once you have downloaded the updated version of Haaretz app, please open the app on your device. You have two ways to login: 1. Press the article that you want to read, and then you will see a little box. Fill in your Haaretz details (email and password). 2. Press the "more" button at the right corner of the menu. Then choose the "login" option, and fill in your Haaretz details. | |
Q: | Do I need to log in every time I enter Haaretz website? | |
A: | When you log in once to Haaretz.com , the browser remembers your details for further use. It depands if your browser's settings allow to save "cookies" and history files, so please check your browser's settings. | |
Q: | How can I change my password? | |
A: | In order to change your password please log into Haaretz website first. Once logged in, click on the Profile link(on the upper right corner of the page, next to Haaretz header). On your profile page you need to click the "Click here to change password you use to login", and in the little box you need to fill in your old password, new password and confirm the new password. A: | Once logged in press the "Profile" link in order to enter your profile page. On your profile page you have the option to update your details and manage your subscription. In order to update your payment details, please locate the Change Payment Details box. Press the "Change" button, and then you can update your new credit card. | |
Q: | I am a digital subscriber but I don't receive any daily or weekly updates from Haaretz via email. Why is that? | |
A: | The digital subscription is for an unlimited access to Haaretz.com via PC, Mac, smartphone and tablet. In order to enjoy your digital subscription, you need to login to Haaretz.com website with your email and password from any device that you are using. If you want to receive a newsletter, please enter to http://www.haaretz.com/misc/newsletters-page. You can sign up for the newsletter service (daily or weekly), and you will get a daily/weekly brief with Haaretz headlines. | |
